Visitors to New York can stay in one of the most famous places in the city, thanks to Airbnb.
The rental website has announced that it is taking more than 10 floors of 75 Rockefeller Plaza and creating 200 luxury suites.
The suites are designed to feel like apartments and a concierge on hand will help guests "navigate the city like a local New Yorker".
Airbnb is partnering with real estate company RXR Realty to offer high-end apartments on its website.
He says that all 200 rooms will be "individually cured and custom-designed" and come with "fully stocked kitchens".
They will also have views of places of interest such as Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral and the Empire State Building.
There will be a private social club and a business center located on the top floor of the building and a restaurant and bar on the ground floor.
Guests will get & # 39; access enabled by technology & # 39; to the building and enter through a lobby that connects streets 51 and 52.
Airbnb says guests will be supported by a dedicated concierge service comprised of local and knowledgeable hosts who will provide guests with a highly personalized experience.
It is not clear when the luxury apartments will be ready to rent.
Brian Chesky, CEO of Airbnb, said: "When we launched Airbnb more than 10 years ago, it became clear immediately how people who open their homes can make guests feel like locals.
