A charity race, Race 4 Rowan, is Saturday at Hanging Rock Kartway, 1082 Horton Rollins Road in Kershaw.
Rowan was diagnosed with AML M7 on October 5.
Rowan, 3, is battling AML M7, an aggressive and rare form of childhood leukemia.
The Hanging Rock Kartway race on Saturday will help the Rowan family raise money to help with their medical expenses.
Chris Hunter, a race director at HRK, said "a record number of karts and spectators are already committed to coming to Hanging Rock Kartway."
"We will have some of the best kart racing from the Carolinas and the surrounding states to support this little brave girl."
Jeremy Morris, active in all accounts on social networks that promote this career, is the man behind this race and is organizing this race for young Rowan.
Morris has contacted numerous sponsors, runners and fans about the race since the race was announced. One of the most important names in kart racing, Phil Combs, is scheduled to attend. Combs travels across the US UU And it will be at Hanging Rock Kartway to announce the race and interview the drivers.
The races in Hanging Rock Kartway in the Clone classes will be Clone 390 paying $ 1,000 to win and the winner will receive a personalized leather jacket, Clone 375 paying $ 200 to win, Clone 425-W $ 200, Clone 425 $ 500, Amateur Clone 375 $ 100, Amateur Clone 375 $ 50 plus trophy.
Predator classes: Predator 390 $ 1,000 to win, Predator 375 $ 200, Predator 425 $ 200, Amateur Predator 350 $ 100, Amateur Predator 350 $ 50 plus trophy.
Jr. Classes: Red Plate, ages 5-8, Jr. 1 Green Plate, ages 8-11, the first is $ 200 in race No. 1 and race No. 2 $ 100, Jr. 2 Purple Plate ages 10-12 first place pays $ 200 in race No. 1 and race No. 2 $ 100, Jr. 3 Blue Plate No. 1 race will pay $ 200 to win and race No. 2 $ 100.
